Dream Procon Pvt. Ltd. is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 pursuant to Order dated 06.09.2019 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in C.P. No. (IB)-1771/(ND)/2018.

Subsequently, vide Order dated 10.12.2025, Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal (Registration Number: IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00081/2017-18/10222) has been appointed as the Resolution Professional (RP) to conduct the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)of the Corporate Debtor – Dream Procon Pvt. Ltd.
